Terms And Conditions Of Participation
- Registration and Payment
- Participation in the congress will be confirmed only after full payment according to the conditions indicated.
- Reserved hotel slots are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
- All payments must be made in US dollars and through authorized means (PayPal, Izipay or Bank Transfer).
- Those participants who wish to register a companion who will not participate in all conferences, panels, cultural activities, or social events, must request the applicable rate by writing to [email protected].
- Included ServicesThe participation fee includes (modifiable according to your case):
- 5 nights accommodation in a hotel selected by participants, includes breakfast at the reserved property.
- Airport-hotel-airport transfers.
- Participation in all congress activities (conferences, panels, cultural activities, social events, etc.).
- Food and drinks according to program (lunches, dinners indicated).
- Scheduled excursions and sightseeing.
- Welcome kit.
- Services Not Included
- Airfare.
- Personal expenses.
- Travel insurance.
- Activities not included in the official program.
- LiabilityThe organization is not responsible for losses, accidents, illnesses, delays, or additional expenses arising from force majeure or events beyond its control (weather, strikes, government decisions, etc.).
- Travel InsuranceAll participants are advised to purchase travel insurance that covers accidents, illnesses, cancellations, and lost luggage.
- Mandatory InformationOnce the payment and the requested accommodation have been confirmed, all participants must complete the information form that will be available on May 15, 2025. In case of not having the form duly completed, the organization is not responsible for failures in the contracted services.
The information that will be requested will be protected according to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 29733, in force in Peru.
CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICIES
Cancellations by the participant:
- Up to 90 days before the start of the congress: refund of 80% of the amount paid.
- Between 89 and 60 days before the start: refund of 50% of the amount paid.
- Between 59 and 30 days before the start: refund of 25% of the amount paid.
- Less than 30 days before the start: no refund
Quota Transfer:
- The participant may give his/her place to another person only for attendance at conferences, panels, cultural activities, social events, notifying in writing at least 15 days before the start of the event. For hotel space transfers, it must be requested 60 days in advance – 59 days in advance, properties do not accept name changes.
Modifications to the program:
- The organization reserves the right to modify the program, maintaining the quality and quantity of the services offered.
